Don't Waste Your Money

got this as a gift. What a mess. no instructions on how to set it up. Only use irons. has many golf courses you can play. How do you play an 18 hole course with no woods or putter. I called the contact number and asked the AI questions. one I posed to her was do I need a ball. She replied yes. You do not need a ball. This is a start to a good idea. need to refine the product to include ALL clubs in the bag.

Awful Product

The pad was destroyed after one set. Once I destroyed the pad I was afraid to even hit. Way too expensive for what it is.

Good Idea

I bought this due to seeing good reviews. But as I started using it it started to miss read the hits.

Garbage

Used for about 30 mins before the edge of mat tore. App would capture swing less than 25 percent of the time despite moving to different locations and lighting. Returned quickly.

Accurate distances, pretty comparable to my stock shots. It sets up easy, good lighting is a must for your camera to pick up the Matt. I do like it, it’s responsive to my swings and is not rushing your swings anymore with the new update. They have come a long way with this product and will say for 100$ it will help your game. I will say it doesn’t get 5 stars due to the Matt quality. I think if it had better adhesive and came with turf Matt to stand on and insert into it would make the product that much better.

I bought this about one and a half months ago and it’s terrible. 97% of the swings don’t register, the app freezes and overheats your phone. The hitting pad falls apart in the first 25-50 swings and you’re left with sequins all over the place. Dosnt matter how well you hit, it will fall apart. Complete waste of money.

Great For Practice

Bought this to get some practice at home. It only gives choices from a 5i to GW in course mode. Working the kinks out for centering the pad. Strike pad and no ball is a interesting concept.

Worst Buy Ever

Garbage product. We bought directly from Golf Daddy and that was a huge mistake. They are making it impossible to return their junk product. After an hour trying to get it to find me and the mat it finally locked on and as soon as something shifted it needed to recalibrate. In 2 hrs I hit 1 ball and that's because I stopped at 2 hrs.

Inexpensive Simulator Option

Works great, you can play courses, but need a wide open area to allow for a full swing. Ceiling heights of at least 9' are needed for typical height adult use. The 'mat' will likely need replacement after significant use.

Like Hitting On Cement

I bought this for my husband thinking it would make a great Father’s Day. Don’t waste your money or time with this product. The sensor couldn’t pick up our swings even with 3 lamps and 4 ceiling lights on. And when you did connect with the mat, it’s like hitting cement. Once they can make the mat more cushioned to absorb a divot, like real time playing, don’t waste your time or money.

Buy An Old Nintendo Wii Would Be More Accurate.

This product is completely inaccurate and a waste of money. An old Nintendo Wii would honestly provide a more realistic golf experience. My chip shots were registering at 225 yards, making the data completely unusable. I was looking for a training tool, not a bad video game. I watched four instructional videos to make sure I wasn't using it incorrectly, but nothing fixed the problem. I returned it within an hour of purchasing it. Even the store associate told me this is one of their most frequently returned items. Based on my experience, I believe Dick's Sporting Goods should pull this product from its shelves until the issues are resolved. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Didn't Work

We bought this for my son's birthday and tried for hours to get it to work. It never did. Extremely disappointed.
