Deformed In Just Weeks
I bought this to replace my old Foam Roller brand roller, which was solid foam, much denser. At first, this roller performed well, but unfortunately, within just a few weeks of using it, it had deformed (see photo). I'm 240 lbs and was rolling my shins on it (putting maybe half my weight on it), and there's a chance that it deformed because of that, but the fact that it only lasted about a month was pretty disappointing. I'll stick with denser rollers.
