Disappointed, Foot Slides Inside Shoe
I golf 4 to 5 times a week (riding) and have some foot issues. Finding shoes that fit and feel good on my feet is a hard process. I was excited to see the new Quantum shoes with the added cushion. After walking around the house for 2 weeks trying to decide if they felt good, proceeded to the golf course. First time out to the driving range and a few holes. OK, but not a true test. Next day full 18 and the trouble began. Foot sides and heel slips and the shoes are hard to play in. At the turn I changed from a soft insert to a firmer and thicker insert. Help take up the space but you can't pull the laces tighter because the space in the laces is to close. Went to thicker socks and that helped some too. As for feel and grip, it is ok but the shoe is not as comfortable as I expected. I started out with the size 14 M but switched to the 15 M because the toe box was to tight and short. Not sure if I'll keep wearing them or mark them up to another loss on a golf shoe. I use to wear nothing but Foot Joy shoes but they starting making the toe box long and narrow. Saw these and was pleased with the new design but they need to make them so you can pull the laces tighter to with the fit.
