Mat Is Large Size And Nicely Padded

The size of this mat and the thick padding make it great for most floor exercises. It is soft enough to prevent pressure points (like knees, tail bone, shoulder blades, head) from getting hurt. Only drawback is that it is bulky if you want to transport it.
