Quiet Performer

Very close copy of a Jailbird mini. Grip is a reverse taper design. Evenroll has always made very good faces. Looks - very high contrast of a black background offset with a bright white alignment line. Feel - very nice balance with a comfortable grip. Good balance, similar to a spider swingweight. Performance - very consistant distance control. If it looks good, feels good, and gives you repeatable performance.. Strokes will fall off the scorecard.

Sleeper Evnroll Putter

This might be one of the best Evnroll putters I’ve used for stability and long putts. It putts very true from both short and long putts. Even though this putter is less than their other offerings it does not lack performance. If you have not tried Evnroll I suggest you try them with this putter.

A Little Clunky For My Tastes

I typically use an Odyssey AI-One #7 or any number of Ping putters. Decided to try something different with the Evnroll Carlsbad. I liked the design and look. The feel was good but had reservations about the super-oversized grip. Knowing GolfGalaxy had a great exchange policy I took a chance on the Evnroll and on the course, it just felt clunky and contact felt hard. Gave me fits trying to gauge distances. I could have gotten use to the larger grip (or swapped it out) but I prefer a softer feel with my putter. Can't say it's a terrible putter, just not for me. Swapped it for a Odyssey Jailbird Mini.
