I bought this cup holder to mount on my three wheeled golf bag cart, primarily for a large coffee/tea mug. It swivels well to stay level and attached easily. So far, it is holding up well.

Effective Cup Holder But It Hangs Loose

Unless I installed it incorrectly, it swings around on the Clicgear push cart. I suspect it's designed to be loose so it doesn't spill over when the cart tilts perhaps
