Callaway Quantum Max Fast Fairway Wood

About This Item

Quantum Max Fast is Callaway's lightest fairway wood, built for players who benefit from an overall lighter setup. From head to grip, every component is engineered to make swinging easier, while a high MOI and shallow face profile encourage easy launch, higher flight, and consistent contact.

Speed Wave 2.0

  • Positions up to 40g of weight low and forward for faster ball speeds and consistent launch. The new Speed Wave 2.0 design frees up even more face flex, boosting energy transfer — especially on low-face strikes.

New Step Sole Design

  • The new Step Sole Design reduces turf contact on the sole for efficient strikes and consistent centerface contact. A reshaped heel adds stability through impact, helping keep the face square for greater control and accuracy.

Next Generation Ai-Optimized Face Design

  • Consistent performance across the entire face, thanks to smarter face flex unlocked by Ai. Every part of the face is precisely tuned through advanced Ai modeling to optimize speed, spin, launch, and accuracy based on real fairway wood impact patterns.

Lightweight, Easy-to-Hit Design

  • Callaway's lightest model for moderate swing speeds. An ultra-forgiving, lightweight design saves weight and increases stability—helping boost clubhead speed, launch higher, and maximize carry with less effort.

OptiFit4 Hosel Adjustability (3W-5W)

  • Features independent loft and lie adjustability, offering seven total configurations to fine-tune launch angle and shot shape—whether you’re looking for a higher trajectory, straighter ball flight, or a draw-biased setup.

Quantum 3,5,7 9 Wood Purchase With Trade In

Callaway has amazing products and they did exactly what they said they would do providing the new products to me and taking my training in and getting the cash back to me.

Light And Long

Cut my score by 10 strokes today. Very light and allowed me to hit the ball farther than my old clubs.

Great Purchase

Great club and showed up in immaculate condition. Pre-owned from Callaway is the way to go. Got a really good deal on it too. Well done Callaway.

Like The Added Loft And Increased Club Head Speed.

In the second week I had a lifetime shot with this club. I am 83 and have lost some distance. I had an eagle 2 the second week with the club. I am getting more elevation with it. The eagle was from 185 yards over a sand trap protected elevated green. Best shot in 70 years of golf.

Made A Difference!

72'year old golfer . Played 6 rounds since I bought them . Lighter weight shaft made a difference with my slower swing speed . Gained 10 yards in distance with more loft. Ball seems to jump off the clubface. Highly recommend. Club does what it was designed to do.

Tried the Quantum vs Elyte = a different feel & sound. Like the Quantum FW I seem to be hitting it a bit further, but mostly like the ball flight, BUT .. still not hitting it 300 yds :-) HA

Easy To Hit And Get Into The Air.

I replaced my previous Callaway fairway woods with Callaway Quantum Max Fast. These are much lighter and easier to hit. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Max Fast Fairway Woods. Great!

I got my 3 and 5 woods about 2 weeks ago and I really like the Max Fast clubs. I had the Elyte Max fairway woods for about 6 months now and really like them. The woods have not disappointed me.

Great Fairway Woods

These are great fairway woods. I only bought a 5 wood and 7 wood, and the 5 wood actually goes farther than my old Callaway 3 wood. I like them so much that I am now ordering the 3 wood.

Super Fast, Super Forgiving Fairway Finder

I have never been one to have a lot of accuracy with a 3 wood, i always had to hold back some to keep it in play and never been to comfortable with opening up some for fear of the result. However with this one it feels like it’s effortless to hit and it does seem very forgiving. My bad shots are now a pretty nice fade. Off the tee i have no fear amd have started hitting it a lot just because of the confidence I have in it.

Nice.

Got the 9 Wood a while back and sure like it , my new favorite club. I am 73 and use it when about 160-70 yards out. Can now hit a lot of greens on 2nd shot.

New 3 wood in the bag
