Great Driver

love it, went from taylor made burner 2.0, yes it was old, avg 230 and now 260, many over 300 and i like the sound on impact better than taylor made, more like a wooden bat vs metal one

Great Replacement For My Aging Rogue Driver

I am a good, if not short, driver of the golf ball. I average 230 (I'm an old guy and 130 pounds in golf shoes). I have gone to a couple of known professional clubfitters, including the one who initially fit me for the Rogue 9 years ago. No combination of shaft/loft beat the Rogue. I have an Ai-Smoke 5w, which I hit very well, saw the driver in pre-owned at a good price, and purchased it. I have increased distance and accuracy, mostly because I am making good center clubface contact.

Condition Not As Expected

I've purchased and traded a fair amount of clubs with the Callaway pre-owned program and this was the first one that was a bit disappointing. Specifically, it was pretty beat up relative to the other clubs I've purchased. Condition was listed as 'average' but I was surprised at the condition when I got it. Every other club I've purchased has been in better condition than I expected. This one had the paint worn completely away from the leading edge of the sole and was also really dirty with dirt caked in the screw holes for the weights.

Fairway Finder With Great Stability And Consistency!

I went to get fitted at GG and the metrics pointed me to the Ping G430 Max. I bought it and played it for a while. But I could hit it consistently on the course. Took it back and traded it in under the 90 day play guarantee. After playing a round with this one, I am in love! Great distance, consistency, and forgiveness. An absolute fairway finder! My group noticed right away how much better I was hitting off the tee and they all commented on what a good looking driver it is. Metrics on the Trackman are one thing, but this one just flat out performs on the course.

Smokin' Driver!

Picked this up based on a recommendation from a friend during a round. I had been hitting an old Cleveland Hi-Bore, and this Callaway Ai Smoke blows my mind. Straighter and waaaaaay longer. I am consistently 40-50 yards longer off the tee. Great feel, as well. Oh, and this thing looks brand new. Not sure how it was ever hit before. Love it!
