An Upgrade From My Previous Set.

Positioning and weight against the shaft took some getting used to. Overall, an excellent set of irons that is easy to hit straight with.

The Best Irons I Have Ever Struck

I have only managed to play two rounds with my new irons, but what I can tell you is they have met or exceeded my expectations. I am a high-handicap player with limited rounds (under 20 per year), but these irons are so forgiving when compared to my old set, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their game. They have added a few yards for sure, but when missing on the toe or high on the club face, the outcome is far better than I have experienced in my prior rounds without them.

Elyte Irons By Callaway

Like the Elyte Irons very much. Have only played 4 rounds with them but shot shaping has definitely improved. Even though I'm 74 I still have a very consistent swing of 89 mph and changed back to steel shaft with these new irons. I find myself hitting slightly longer again with steel over graphite. Could be part of my problem was trying to over swing with graphite. Anyway, I'm very glad I switched to these irons and particular steel shafts. These irons being the mid-size version is also why I like them over the oversize version of Callaway irons I had previously.

Happy to have traded in the Max Fast with a Sr shaft for these Elyte irons with a regular flex I do wish I could have bargained more on the quick trade back value of the Max fast irons as I only hit them a short time but long enough to new they wernt a good fit.

Great Game Improvement Irons With A Twist

I’ve had the chance to put my new Callaway Elyte irons through several rounds now, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. These irons are incredibly forgiving while still providing excellent distance and a solid, consistent ball flight. Mishits retain impressive speed, and the feel at impact is soft and responsive. Callaway really nailed the balance between game improvement and a clean, confidence inspiring look at address. The only disappointment was the grips. I had my heart set on the white SuperStroke grips, but they were backordered, so I ended up settling for the black version. It’s definitely a cosmetic preference more than anything the black grips still feel fantastic and perform just as well but I think the white grips would have completed the overall look of the set.
