A Great Fit For Me

I originally purchased the Quantum Max Irons and quickly determined they were not a good fit for me. The ball seemed to go straight off of them with good distance, but I never felt like I hit a pure shot. I traded them in for the Apex AI300 with TTDG105 stuff shafts and the difference in feel is amazing. I still get good ball flight and control but I have a sense of puring shots now.

The clubs have great feel and distance when hit in the sweet spot. Off center hits do not travel as far or as straight. Not for a beginner.

Great Game Improvement Irons Made By Callaway

Overall these irons are amazing for the price that I paid. I had an issue with my original order of 4-AW and it was canceled. I was refunded and I had to reorder 5-AW. The set I received does have some wear marks and scratches that I didn’t expect to have. No regrets with my purchase.

Awesome Irons

Great irons. I had some difficult to hit but insanely smooth forged cb’s alongside a set of hollow body GI irons that I bounced back and forth with, and these blend both perfectly. Easy to launch, consistent distances, soft feel, very happy with these irons.

Great Feel And Performance

I bought these as replacement for my mizuno jpx 23 irons which I truly loved. I do not miss them at all. These have so much feel, higher ball flight, no loss of distance from the mizunos, and these do stop better on greens. Granted I’ve got a bit more spin from shafts chosen in these. Mishits have been a bit mixed on these. Toe miss seems to perform better than heel misses on both direction and distance. Overall I really love these and expect they’ll be in the bag for a good while.
