I Ordered Two Personalized Brumates

This one (it was for me) had the wrong engraving, glue on it, scratches on the outside, and no instructions on cleaning it. It felt like I was getting seconds. It is fully functional, and would have had scratches soon, but I'd rather be the one guilty for that. I still haven't figured out how to clean the flip-up straw. The other looked great, had the correct engraving, and came with the full packaging - including instructions.

Best Everyday Cup I Own!

I absolutely love my Era Flip 40oz cup. It’s become my everyday go to cup. I have been using it exclusively for the last two weeks and am now getting rid of many other inferior bottles and cups and tumblers I’ve been using for years.
