My Bag Arrived With Two

My bag arrived with two black factory marks that should not be there (it does not wash off) and there is something on the bag, looks like some dried chemical? Not sure if it’s glue or what? Needless to say it’s hopefully going to be exchanged for another bag in the condition it should have arrived as in the first place or will get returned fully. This is my first time interacting with this product and company so depending on how their customer service responds will be very telling if I will be a repeat customer. If I have a positive interaction with them I’ll update my review. As it stands now though I am disappointed and annoyed that I need to take time to fuss with this.
