Soft Carry On Bag
The handles for the luggage are too “tight”. It is extremely difficult to pick up the luggage using the handle.

Glides Smoothly
It looks nice and a bit larger than my last carry on and the opening to increase width seems a bit smaller. Appears to be very sturdy and wheels glide incredibly smoothly even after I loaded it to test. Also, tested that it can handle putting my loaded foldie on top which I use for personal bag under seat and still seemd to glide well. Color is soothing and should be easier to find than my black one!

Nice But Heavy
These are nice pieces of luggage, but heavy. My husband researched good luggage and this hit the list but I would have probably compared weights before pulling the trigger on Away.

Amazing!!!
As a flight attendant I love these bags! I always buy the flex so I can expand for my return flights when I buy too much on holiday. I now have 4 Away bags and they have been drug across Europes cobblestone streets and survived being checked numerous times by the airline. Worth every penny.
