Improvement Evolution
The new design for the large Away luggage is a step up from the original. Inside zippers and dividers are stronger than the original design. We love the olive green color and goes with other products. Away was awesome with their warranty and replaced the damaged suitcase quickly. We will continue to use Away for all of our travels.

Nesting Is Not Easy
I bought the large, the medium, and the carry-on. The Stormy Teal color is beautiful and the suitcases seem well designed and sturdy. I’ve had them less than a month, so I have yet to fly with them, and have only used the carry on once. According to the website, the medium is supposed to nest inside the large. In reality, it was so difficult to accomplish this that it’s not worth it. It took me about 15 minutes to get the med inside the large, and it was physically difficult to do so. After I got it done, the larger suitcase was bulging so much and looked like it was going to burst, so I took the medium out and am storing them separately. Disappointing. Also, I switched from softside to hard shell luggage and as soon as I started packing, I realized that I really miss that outer zip pocket. That’s my fault, though, for not thinking that all the way through before buying. Finally, these roll better than my old Samsonite - but not as good as my husband’s old TravelPro. In summary, these are nice suitcases … but I’m not sure they’re worth what they cost.

Versatile And Good Looking
This bag fit everything I needed for trips to places with multiple climate zones. It is easy to roll and handle, looks attractive and seems relatively indestructible.
