First Trip And A Part Broke.
First trip and one of the strap tie down points fell off. I’ve had a first generation away suitcase for about 10 years, and had no issues as a touring musician. Lots of flights and bus rides. Always impressed and recommend to everyone. Assumed this one would be the same. I’m sure they’ll take care of it, but it’s pretty disappointing.

Stunning Exterior, Quality Gaps Inside
Away wins on aesthetics; the white gloss is luxurious and easy to spot. I don't mind the inevitable airport scuffs, but the interior feels cheap compared to M****or J***. The compression straps slip out of the buckles, and the handle wobbles. If Away revamped the interior, it would be perfect.

Game Changer
I was hesitant to spend the money but it’s worth every penny! This exceeded my expectations. It’s strong, lightweight and so roomy! I love all the pocket spaces and the compression side compartment. The laundry bag and the dust bag it came in was a nice touch! It’s the little things
