Disappointed
Bought the sensors in the fall of 2021 with great anticipation. The longer I have them, the less reliable shot tracking has been. I spend way too much time trying to update the missed shots and this slows play down. I will use the GPS till the annual subscription runs out , but I'm done trying to utilize the shot tracking, The stats the thing tracks are great, but it's gotten way too unreliable.

When It Works It’s Great Don’t Expect That After One Year
After one season with my cobra clubs that came with the accros sensors they pretty much all have failed. Arccos customer service phone hours are conveniently when I’d be working. I’d say buy a range finder less drama. After all all that really matters is your next shot not your last.

Product Quality And Customer Service Makes The System Unusable - If The Putter Sensor Fails The Whole System Does Not Work
Don't bother with the Arccos Senors. The concept is great, but the execution is so problematic that I can't use it as part of my game. you are better off manually tracking your shots. i have had 7 sensors fail in the last year. Arccos' response to a failed sensor is to (1) ask you to send the failed sensor back first and (2) they will mail out the replacement. the problem with this is, that if your Putter sensor fails, the Arccos software will no longer let you track your shots. Don't know why you need the putter sensor to work to see how far your driver goes, my only answer to that is it is some sort of license enforcement policy from Arccos. I have been an engineer and manager in the field of industrial electronics for the past 33 years, so I know what I am talking about. I found that I was more distracted by fiddling with making the sensors work than I was on my game. BOTTOM LINE - DON'T BOTHER. THE PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY IS SO INCONSISTENT THAT IT FURTHER FRUSTRATES YOUR GAME.

Great Concept
It’s taking me some time to get to know the system. More information in the box would have been helpful. I still think it will help me understand my game and hopefully make adjustments to improve.

Garbage Product
Don't waste your money. This product doesn't track information accurately. Free trial will automatically sign you up for a year membership if you don't remember to cancel. You have to golf with your phone in your front pocket.

As a new golfers I loved this product, ones I got to sync but after less than a year use the se sensor where not working I'm a woman so must of my golf clothing don't even have a pocket and so I bought the clip for the sensor, which is no longer working either, it will miss strokes or if your parochial the greens with putter and chiper in hand it will get waky the app its great to be honest I love it but it not free its a 100 dollars a year after the first year I gave up on my sensor seems 95 process of the time the don't read even if put my phone next to I will love to keep the app even with out the sensors but for that 100 dollars a year and no senior is not worth the price for me

Arccos Claim “5 Stroke Improvement”
This is a tool for people who have maxed their skill set on their own. It is great for course management. I’ve dropped 6.2 strokes in 7 full rounds. From a 22.1hcp to a 15.9. You get a phone GPS, stat tracker, and personal caddie that recommends club selection. The caddie takes into account wind, elevation change, and temperature to recommend the club. Based on my improvement, it has been all about club selection. If you have an Apple Watch, you get all the functionality on your watch.

Giving Up
I've Really tried to like this system but after 10 rounds I give up. Every round misses multiple shots, whiich require manually editing the hole. This causes delay and distraction during the round. I've tried different things to try to make it work better: phone placement, different shorts, etc. but can't get accuracy past 75 - 80%. The concept is awesome and for those with the patience to do all of the editing/maintenance over time I expect it would provide useful data. Just not for me.

Completely Inaccurate And A Waste Of Money
I was given the Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors as a gift. I was excited to have a system that could track not only my scores for handicap purposes, but also provide actual club performance. Then reality hit. The sensors are not capable of tracking every shot automatically as advertised. You are instructed to download the Arccos app onto your cell phone, insert the sensors into the grip on each club and pair the sensors to the app on your phone. Before your first tees shot start the app which will find the course you’re playing and place your cell phone in your lead pocket (if you’re right-handed, place the phone in your front left pocket). Sounds good. No matter what position I placed the phone in my pocket (microphone up, down, facing forward, backward) or which pocket I place it in, the app never picked up ever shot as advertised. It never picks up short putts, and seldom does it pick up fairway woods out of the rough, or short bunker shots. Yes, you can manually register shots into the app, but that completely defeats the wearable shot-tracking concept of seamlessly tracking not to mention having to constantly play with your cell phone while golfing. The Arccos system misses so many shots it renders my score and subsequent handicap are completely inaccurate and useless. I gave this review a one star only because zero stars was not an option. I will not be renewing the subscription, and will opt for a laser rangefinder with slope, possibly one with GPS capability.

Best Thing I’ve Bought For My Golf Game!!
I bought these sensors 4 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. The feedback you get after each round is invaluable as it helps figuring out what you need to work on to improve. In 4 weeks I’ve dropped my handicap by 6 points.
