Arccos easy
For those who play golf here’s a product to bring some joy and ease to your game. I now keep up with my game and score automatically and easily with Arccos caddie. It does the work so I can enjoy the play

Was thinking about dropping my subscription to Arccos because it was uncomfortable to carry my phone around in my pocket during my round. Also, the phone missed 25% of the shots made. Paired up the caddie to my phone, very easy, and can leave the phone in the cart or push cart if walking and the caddie is 98% accurate in recording shots. It clips securely to my pocket and you have to check every so often to make sure it is still there it's so light.

Purchased a few weeks ago And very happy with the Caddy link performance. One of the biggest and “unspoken” feature is I can now listen to music through my BT travel speaker or my ear buds!

The Arccos Link was very disappointing purchase. I purchased in February 2022 and used it less than 10 times through April. The distance was off by over 15 yards on every hole on my home course. It misses shots on nearly every hole and constantly was confused on what hole I was on. Don’t even think of trying to start on a hole other than 1 or 10 You also need to make sure that you stand on the middle of every green or it won’t register that you’ve moved onto the next hole. Client service with this company is absolutely horrendous. With all the issues I had the company essentially said that there was nothing they’d be willing to do for me. Because I was past the 30 day return policy they wouldn’t even consider replacing the obviously defective equipment.

This thing is so awesome, I'm happy I made this purchase.

I was given the Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors as a gift. I was excited to have a system that could track not only my scores for handicap purposes, but also provide actual club performance. Then reality hit. The sensors are not capable of tracking every shot automatically as advertised. You are instructed to download the Arccos app onto your cell phone, insert the sensors into the grip on each club and pair the sensors to the app on your phone. Before your first tees shot start the app which will find the course you’re playing and place your cell phone in your lead pocket (if you’re right-handed, place the phone in your front left pocket). Sounds good. No matter what position I placed the phone in my pocket (microphone up, down, facing forward, backward) or which pocket I place it in, the app never picked up ever shot as advertised. It never picks up short putts, and seldom does it pick up fairway woods out of the rough, or short bunker shots. Yes, you can manually register shots into the app, but that completely defeats the wearable shot-tracking concept of seamlessly tracking not to mention having to constantly play with your cell phone while golfing. The Arccos system misses so many shots it renders my score and subsequent handicap are completely inaccurate and useless. I gave this review a one star only because zero stars was not an option. I will not be renewing the subscription, and will opt for a laser rangefinder with slope, possibly one with GPS capability.

I bought the Arccos Caddie Link a few weeks ago and used it for a few rounds and the pairing of the link and the app is awesome! The data it provides while in your round and after are top class. It really gives you a complete breakdown of your round for that day and shows you your good and more importantly the bad areas that you need to fix.

I love the idea of the Link to help record shots and keep the caddie updated on my phone but the execution has been lacking a bit. 1. The battery dies quickly. Remember to plug it in the charge the night before or morning of your round. Even when fully charged, it doesn't take long to fully discharge, even when powered off. 2. My Link "bricked" in less than a month. Won't take a charge, won't turn on, beep, or display a light. Nothing, just dead. 3. If your Link dies you have to email for a return authorization, send it back, and wait for your replacement, so be prepared for weeks without a Link. Arccos needs to develop a more reliable product. The Link is the key to tracking shots easily so not having a reliable Link makes the entire system less useable.
