2024 OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1) ELIGIBILITY: The Trackman Major Series powered by TaylorMade (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding AK and HI) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, provided that entrants must also reside within the trading area of a DICK’S House of Sport or Golf Galaxy retail store (collectively, “Participating Store”) to enter the Tournament Series. Residents of New York are not eligible to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor, participating vendors (if any), their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective participating advertising, promotions, and public relations agencies as well as members of their families and/or those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter.
The Promotion is (a) governed by these Official Rules, (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law, and (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
You must have access to the Internet and a valid email address in order to enter the Promotion. A free TrackMan account is required to enter the Tournament Series.
By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.golfgalaxy.com/s/privacy-policy. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules at time of entry.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on April 7, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST and ends August 10, 2024, at 9:00 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official Promotion clock.
2) HOW TO ENTER: The Promotion is designed to give eligible entrants the opportunity to win Prizes in accordance with these Official Rules. The Promotion consists of a series of virtual golf tournaments and challenges (collectively, “Tournament Series”) and a grand prize drawing (“Grand Prize Sweepstakes”).
A. TOURNAMENT SERIES: The Tournament Series is comprised of five (5) rounds (each, a “Round”). Each Round will have prizes for the top three (3) finishers in each Handicap Flight, and the winners of the close closest to pin and longest drive challenges.
To enter a Round:
i) register for a free TrackMan account, if you have not already; and
ii) during the applicable Entry Period (identified in the table below) and play nine (9) consecutive holes at the Course (identified in the table below) using a TrackMan Golf Simulator at a Participating Store while signed into your TrackMan account
(collectively, an “Entry”).
The Tournament Series is subject to simulator bay availability and simulator bay rental fees may apply. Entrant must complete all 9-holes of the Course while signed into their TrackMan account to be eligible win. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Round. Limit one (1) prize per person per Round. In the event a person is eligible for multiple prizes, they will win the prize with the highest value.

B. GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) ways to enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. During the Entry Period of a Round either:
i) Complete an Entry into the Round; or
ii) send a letter with your name, email address, and the name of your favorite golf course to: “Golf Galaxy, 345 Court Street, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108, Attention: Trackman Major Event Series powered by TaylorMade Submission” (“Mailed Entry”)
(each a “Submission”).
Mailed Entries must be postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received by Sponsor no later than five (5) business after the end of the Promotion Period.
Each Submission will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Submission per Round per person. Limit five (5) Submissions per person during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Submissions, all of which are void.
3) PRIZE(S): Eligible entrants may win one or more of the following prizes (collectively, “Prizes”) in accordance with these Official Rules:
A. TOURNAMENT SERIES PRIZES: The following prizes will be available for eligible entrants to win during each Round of the Tournament Series:
- Gross Stroke Play: The top three (3) finishers in each Handicap Flight will receive the following prizes:
1st Place: three (3) dozen TaylorMade MySymbol TP5/TP5x golf balls (ARV: $179.99).
2nd Place: one (1) 1-hour SIM rental at or one (1) 30-minute golf lesson with a LPGA or PGA professional instructor at a Golf Galaxy or DICK'S House of Sport retail store (ARV: $49.99-79.99).
3rd Place: one (1) dozen TaylorMade MySymbol TP5/TP5x golf balls ($59.99 Retail Value).
- Closest to the Pin: Each of the men’s and women’s winners will receive one (1) TaylorMade Iron Set (Qi or P-Series), including fitting at a Golf Galaxy retail store (ARV: $999.99-1299.99).
- Longest Drive: Each of the men’s and women’s winners will receive one (1) TaylorMade Qi10 Driver, including fitting at a Golf Galaxy retail store (ARV: $599.99-629.99).
B. GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will receive a golf trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Pebble Beach, including airfare for four (4) to the destination airport, three (3) nights lodging at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, ground transportation to The Lodge, one (1) round of golf for four (4) at each Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Links at Spanish Bay, and two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) resort credit for each of winner and their guests to use at Pebble Beach Resorts (collectively, “Grand Prize”). ARV: $21,565, may vary based on airfare, transportation and lodging costs at time of booking.
The Grand Prize must be redeemed at Pebble Beach Resorts between December 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025, subject to availability and blackout dates. Includes two Ocean Deluxe rooms at The Lodge at Pebble Beach for three nights, one round of golf for four players at each Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Links at Spanish Bay, and a $250 resort credit per person per stay. Resort credit cannot be applied towards room reservations or golf green fees, and Marchesa Jewelry and Golf Links to the Past retail stores. All resort credit must be used during the stay and is not transferable. Any unused amounts shall be forfeited. Grand Prize includes occupancy tax, State and County tourism assessments and service charges. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or package. Cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $56,863.30. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is not transferable. Taxes on Prize are sole responsibility of winner. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize or any component thereof for any reason.
4) TOURNAMENT SERIES RULES: The Tournament Series is subject to these additional rules.
A. Eligibility: To participate in the Tournament Series, you must have a TrackMan account and an established TrackMan handicap. TrackMan accounts are free. To establish a TrackMan handicap, you must play at least two rounds of 9-holes while signed into your TrackMan account. No forms of cheating or gaining an unfair advantage in any way will be tolerated. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants if there is a reasonable suspicion of cheating or violating these Official Rules, including playing under another person’s TrackMan account or using several TrackMan accounts to enter.
B. Game Play: Entrants acknowledge and agree that the result of a stroke will be determined solely by the TrackMan simulator software. Each Round will be played on a TrackMan simulator in accordance with the gameplay settings determined by Sponsor. Scoring is stroke gross. If a stroke is not tracked by the TrackMan simulator, then entrants may attempt additional strokes until their stroke is tracked. Strokes that are not tracked do not count towards entrant’s score. No other mulligans, extra or substituted strokes are permitted.
C. Handicap Flights: Entrants enter a Round in one of ten (10) TrackMan handicap flights based on entrant’s TrackMan handicap at the time of entry (collectively, “Handicap Flights”). Entrants without an established TrackMan handicap will be placed in the all-gender “Open” Handicap Flight. Entrants in all Handicap Flights will tee off from the tee box(es) associated with their identified gender. Entrants’ Handicap Flight is subject to change during the Tournament Series based on performance. The Handicap Flights are as follows:
- Men’s Open
A: +18 to +1.9
B: +1,8 to 0.1
C: 0.2 to 3.3
D: 3.4 to 6.8
E: 6.9 to 12.5
F: 12.6 to 54
- Women’s Open
A: +18 to 6.8
B: 6.9 to 54.0
D. Addition Contests: In addition to scored play, entrants may compete in two skills-based challenges on predetermined holes (see table in Section 2(A)) during each Round: Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. There are no Handicap Flights for these challenges and each entrant competes against all other entrants of their identified gender. The winner of the Long Drive Challenge is determined by each entrant’s first stroke on the eligible hole. The winner of the Closest to the Pin Challenge is determined by the proximity of each entrant’s ball to the hole on their first stroke on the eligible hole. The ball must be on the green after the first stroke to count towards the Closest to the Pin Challenge. TrackMan uses a ten-digit number to determine distance, but the leaderboard may only display fewer digits.
E. Ties: In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected based on the following: (1) lowest score on last 6 holes; (2) lowest score on last 3 holes; and (3) lowest score on the last hole. If a tie is not broken then the prize will be shared.
F. Winner Notification: Potential winners of the Tournament Series will be contacted by email at the email address associated with their TrackMan account. Potential winners will be notified within ten (10) days of the end of each Entry Period.
G. Amateur Status: Only amateur golf players may enter and participate in the Tournament Series. Upon qualifying for a Prize, it is the potential winner's responsibility to read the USGA, NCAA, or any other relevant governing bodies' guidelines to determine whether or not accepting the Prize will impact the potential winner’s status with the governing body.
5) GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: Within fifteen (15) business days after the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period to receive the Grand Prize. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor’s representative or designee, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. The potential winner will be contacted by telephone, email, or US Mail, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6) CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entry into this Promotion constitutes entrant’s agreement to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Potential Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a Confidentiality Agreement within forty-eight hours following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event that any Prize notification message is returned as undeliverable or if no response to the Prize notification message is received within the time period stated or if the potential winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner after three (3) good faith attempts, the Prize may not be awarded. If the confirmed winner forfeits the Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected. If, for any reason, more than one (1) prize notification is sent (or more than one (1) claim is received), Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to the first eligible prize claim received. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7) RELEASE: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc., TrackMan A/S, Pebble Beach Company, participating vendors (if any), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Promotion or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the prize.
8) DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
9) ELIMINATION: Any false information provided within the context of the Promotion by an entrant concerning identity, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Promotion. An entrant may be prohibited from participating in or disqualified from this Promotion if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Released Parties, or associated agencies or entities.
10) WAIVER: Entrants hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
11) LIMIT OF LIABILITY: If, for any reason, the Promotion or any portion thereof is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. Sponsor reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date.
12) SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
13) WINNERS’ LIST: For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked within 90 days of the end of the Promotion Period to: DICK’S Sporting Goods, 345 Court Street, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108, Attention: Trackman Major Event Series powered by TaylorMade Winners List Request.
14) SPONSORS: The Promotion is sponsored by DICK’S Sporting Goods, 345 Court Street, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108 (“Sponsor”).
