The 90-Day Play Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is valid for 90 days from the original date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your qualifying new club purchase, for any reason, you may exchange it within 90 days of the original purchase for a like club, subject to the following terms and conditions.
How does the 90-Day Play Guarantee work?
- You may exchange qualifying clubs for like clubs within 90 days of original purchase.
- A copy of the original sales receipt must be presented with any clubs being exchanged.
- Qualifying clubs exchanged without the original receipt, or after the 90-day period, will be handled under the Pre-Owned Trade-In Program.
- Qualifying clubs may only be exchanged once in association with the original purchase, after which exchanges will be handled under our Pre-Owned Trade-In Program.
- Cash refunds, gift cards and rainchecks will not be issued.
What can I exchange my qualifying clubs for?
- Qualifying clubs may only be exchanged for like products. For example, a driver must be exchanged for a driver, an iron set for an iron set, etc.
- Qualifying clubs may be exchanged for like clubs of a different brand or price point, including custom clubs, backorders and used clubs.
- You will be charged the difference if the price of the new club exceeds the price you paid for the exchanged club. For example, if you exchange a qualifying driver you purchased for $349.99 for a new driver currently priced at $399.99, then you will be charged $50 for the exchange.
- If the price of the new club is less than the price you paid for the exchanged club, then you will receive store credit for the difference to spend at Golf Galaxy that same day. Any store credit received MUST be spent the same day as the exchange. For example, if you exchange a qualifying wedge you purchased for $189.99 for another wedge currently priced at $149.99, then you can apply the remaining $40 towards the purchase of other products in the store that same day.
Which clubs qualify for the 90-Day Play Guarantee?
- New stock and custom drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, driving irons, iron sets (subject to minimum requirements), wedges, and putters qualify for the 90-Day Play Guarantee.
- Custom iron sets must be at least a six-club set, including a PW, in sequential order. Iron sets that do not meet the minimum requirement do NOT qualify for the Guarantee.
- Complete sets and used clubs do NOT qualify for the Guarantee.
- Clubs must be returned with all components as originally purchased, including original headcover and weights, to qualify.
- Clubs with normal wear and tear will be accepted.
- Clubs with excessive wear or permanent damage (e.g. pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.) do NOT qualify for the Guarantee.
- Any club altered from the original purchase may not be accepted for return.
- There is no minimum purchase to qualify for the Guarantee.
What if my clubs do not qualify for the 90-Day Play Guarantee?
Golf Galaxy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notification.
