Not Durable

Not durable, had my bag 4 months, 14 rounds on it, already have 2 tear marks back of bag where it sits on push cart. Emailed about warranty, they said that's normal wear and tear. That shouldn't happen in 4 months. Thats just poor quality and poor customer service. I do like the set up of the bag, easy to access thongs, just not durable.
