Does Its Job But Sizing Isn’t Good For Smaller People

This is a decent brace. My daughter is petite and even though this was the correct size it was too big. It’s just not made for smaller people. It worked but bunched under the clothing because of excess fabric.

No Instructions

I bought this today to help with shoulder pain. The box I chose off the rack was the only one that looked like it hadn't been opened, so I assumed it would be complete. There are no instructions on how to assemble or adjust. The straps on the one I purchased do not match the straps in the package cover photo, so I can't just copy what they did. I came back here to the website hoping there might be a link to the instructions, but I can't find any. I also Googled the brand and didn't have any luck. I guess it's going back to the store.
