Absolutely The Best!

I spent 4 hours testing various irons to replace my 15+ year old irons. Have played almost my entire life (single-digit handicap) with blades and decided, at 57, that it was time to seek some more distance and a bit more forgiveness for the times I miss the sweet spot. After all this, I decided on these Mizuno 245's and could NOT be more happy! I really wanted to retain the 'blade' look since I believe that's a big part of the performance of any club...and these certainly meet that standard. Also looking for more distance and forgiveness, so I went with the Aerotech "Steelfiber" i95 graphite shafts. Buttery soft but controllable, impeccable feedback of the face, very workable, and I got back the 10 +/- yards I'd lost over the years. The fitters at Golf Galaxy were great and I really got what I needed - recommend them highly!

Great Feel

Nothing feels like a Mizuno. Scoring clubs are small and have a great feel. Longer clubs are forgiving with a high launch. 1500 RPM more spin than previous player’s distance irons. .

Ignored My Custom Order

I was sent off the rack MP245s. Completely ignored my customizations. Wasted my time.

Solid Contact

Every hit is solid and feels like I'm hitting the ball with the perfect amount of force. If it feels like a rock when you hit, it's you or your ball choice is too firm for your preference.
