Can’t Open It
I love this cup, but I can’t consistently open it. I’ve read directions, YouTubed it, and it won’t open consistently the way it’s supposed to so I can’t fill it up with water to drink throughout the day. So frustrating, especially for the cost. I was really hoping it would work.
