Product: 3MAX blue tee range finder.
I purchased the 3MAX blue tees range finder about three (3) ago. The unit was their latest range finder product and worked very well until a week ago. The unit went dead on me last week. I replaced the battery and it is still not working. The range finder is in great shape (looks new) and has NO Knicks on the unit. I take care of my golf equipment always.
I contacted the Blue Tees Golf Company customer service and they asked me for the serial number to help me with my issue. Once I e-mailed it to them, they told me that the unit is outside their warrantee window of two (2) years and they can’t do anything for me.
So I asked to contact their quality control dept. because I don’t understand why the unit just stopped working. They e-mailed me saying that they always work with customer on their issue to improve their product. However in this case they don’t repair or fix the unit and the only solution is for me to buy a new unit. I don’t understand how they can determine that they can’t fix the unit without looking at it unless they have experienced a similar issue from other customers and couldn’t fix the problem!
I don’t understand how the claim to work with the customer to improve their product, yet they have not even asked for my unit back to perform analysis on it and determine the root cause of the problem.
Golfers, I DON’T recommend anyone to buy the Blue Tees Golf Company 3 MAX range finder. The Blue tees golf range finder reliability is not up to par compared to other range finders on the market and their customer service as well as their quality control group doesn’t care about improving their product once it is sold or outside the 2 year warrantee window. That is too bad.
I DON’T recommend any golfer buy the 3 MAX blue tees range finder from Blue Tees Golf Company.
