What is the cost of Same Day Delivery?
· The cost for Same Day Delivery is $9.99 per order.
Who will deliver my order?
· Your order will be prepared by a Golf Galaxy store associate, and picked up by a delivery driver in-store. You may tip the delivery driver during the checkout process, 100% of tips go to the driver. Tips are not required.
What is the order cutoff time?
· Orders must be placed by 4PM local time; orders placed before 4PM will be delivered same day between 5-8PM; orders placed after 4PM will be delivered the next day between 5-8PM.
How do I get updates on my order?
· During checkout, you can opt-in to receiving texts for order updates. That will allow you to receive texts when your order is being prepared, on its way, and delivered. Once the order is on its way, you will receive tracking links through texts.
· Order updates can also be found in My Account, on both the Summary page and the Purchases page.
Are all products and orders eligible for Same Day Delivery?
· Some products may not be eligible due to certain restrictions such as size and weight.
· Some deliveries may not be eligible for Same Day Delivery due to delivery address, holidays, weather or other delivery constraints.
Can I request a specific delivery time for Same Day Delivery?
