Good Quality Poor Performance

I’m very disappointed with this. I bought this thinking “it’s a yeti, it will definitely keep my water cold”. It does not. I have bought jugs for way less and they perform so much better than this. Sucks because now I’m going back to my old jug and wasted the money for this.

Please Read Before Buying!!!!!! Warm Water

I got this for my birthday and was excited to use it, but the ice melted before I got halfway through the day, I tried to fill all the way with ice thinking itd help, but again, the water itself was warm by mid day. Tried to pay the difference to get a rambler and was told it had to be unused, not gonna know what to expect if I dont use it. GET THE RAMBLER BEFORE YOU EVENTHINK ABOUT BUYING THIS

Flawed Design Choices

Bought this a few weeks ago. Excited about the size at first, but it's got real problems: > Doesn't keep drinks cold — ice melts almost immediately. > Plastic construction. Fine if kept cool, but I don't trust leaving it in a hot car with microplastics leaching into the liquid. > Leaks from the side even with the rubber seal fully tightened. > Tightening the lid cracked the handle only after a few weeks of ownership. questionable build quality for a yeti product. Can't recommend it.

Leaks everywhere and barely keeps ice for 2 hours my cheap water bottle kept all day.

Perfect for the go, hold enough that I don’t have to always keep filling it up.

Worst Yeti To Date

The worst Yeti to date. I take this to work & by mid day ice is mostly gone. My cheap igloo cooler did way better than this at a fraction of the price. By late afternoon everything starts to go warm.

It’s A Pass

Not great at keeping water cold. I’ve melted too quickly to keep this product.

Perfect For Summer Tourneys!

Bought this for summer tourneys since smaller Yeti bottles aren’t enough for even a game. Totally happy with how well it holds water cold. It took 7-8 hours for the ices to completely be melt under a sunny mid 80ish weather. Very happy with it. I’ve got one for my two sons!!

Light Weight And Ice Cold

The half gallon jug is just what I needed for work. It is light weight and keeps my water ice cold.

Warm Water

Baseball Mom here. Hoping that YETI takes the feedback from the other 1-star ranking parents (and please save the hyperlink “solution” reply for your other products because this does not work), but this jug does not do anything to insulate cold water. In fact, the ice melts almost an hour after filling it up (even with mostly ice) that my son complains that his water is not cold enough before his practice/games even begin. Maybe they will try to solve this problem, or maybe not and just save yourself and get a Coleman instead!

This does not retain ice. Seriously, maybe 6 hours max. Way less than most of the other Yeti products. I expected it to work well, but... not really. Very disappointing.
