Great Brand, Poor Design!

I don't want to rate this item low, because I LOVE Yeti products, but it's unfortunate that their products get more expensive and the quality seems to be going down. I had the previous version of this maglock slider lid for about 4 years and LOVED it! The fact that it was completely leak proof was incredible! I used it so much, that it inevitably gained some battle scars and dents. Today (May 28th) is my birthday and my wife decided to replace it. I was super exited until I realized this lid is not leak proof at all - it actually just pours liquid out when closed! How can a product be released costing the same amount or more, and be an inferior product? Unacceptable from a brand with a reputation like Yeti. I'm disappointed 😞

Wrong Lid

I was given a Yeti cup with no lid. bought this item but it did not fit the cup I was given. I needed a lid that screwed into the cup. The website was nice but not clear enough for me to understand there is a difference between cups and the lids that fit them. Once I purchased the correct lid, the Yeti cup works beautifully.

Mouth Part Of Lid, Not Flush

The lid overall is fine. The part that you drink out of protrudes slightly from the cup and is not flush. My old lid was flush with the cup all around, except for the part that pops off the lid. I don’t like that the lip part is not flush. It bothers me.

Great Replacement Lid

I have an old Yeti 20oz Tumbler that I received back in 2017 and it just had the open top lid. This one with the magnet slider works perfectly. Even though it's not "waterproof", it does help contain spalshes and potential spills. For that purpose, it works great. I have three other Yeti Tumblers with this style of lid. So, I decided to add this to my older one too.
