Disappointed

I bought the yeti hopper flipper eight. It says keeps ice for up to three days. I played a round of golf and it was almost totally melted at the end of the round. I gave it a second chance and played golf the next day and the exact same thing. At the end of four hours, it was 50% melted. Second disappointment is it is really hard to open that zipper. It even has a tag on it when you buy it that says pull hard but you have to pull really hard each time you open it. I returned the yeti because my old plain cooler holds ice as well as that yeti.
