Best travel backpack I have purchased. Tough and durable, it is really well designed and assembled. Plenty of pockets, almost everything is secured behind a zipper. It fits easily under the seat on a SWA flight. Front pocket for your tickets, top shallow pocked for phone, wallet, and watch while going through TSA. Stands up and is pretty balanced. You laptop is very protected, especially if you drop the back pack off a chair or sit it down too hard.

Very Uncomfortable Straps

Good looking and steady bag. My main complaint is the shoulder strap materials are insanely hard (can't even bend it) and they feel very uncomfortable. It hurts my shoulders if I carry it for a bit longer. Back padding is also hard. Also, there're not many small/front/inside pockets.
