Great Travel Backpack… For The Business Traveler.

Best travel backpack I have purchased. Tough and durable, it is really well designed and assembled. Plenty of pockets, almost everything is secured behind a zipper. It fits easily under the seat on a SWA flight. Front pocket for your tickets, top shallow pocked for phone, wallet, and watch while going through TSA. Stands up and is pretty balanced. You laptop is very protected, especially if you drop the back pack off a chair or sit it down too hard.

Beware The Sweaty Back!

I bought and tested 4 bags in this price range to replace my daily carry backpack. I walk about 5 miles per day with this bag and about 5lbs of stuff in it. This one had the best looks and near best fit inside, despite only having one interior pocket. When I started wearing it in the winter and spring, it worked great. As the temps have risen, the panel that rests against my back is much less breathable than it could be and less than other bags I tested. I end up with a sweaty back much faster than my old backpack. Frustrating for a brand that plays into the outdoor image so strongly to have missed this core functional detail.

Bag is great and I highly recommend. I have a large laptop with a ten-key for work, and its a tight fit but it does fit! The side water bottle pocket also fits the 46oz rambler if you're willing to push a little to get it to sit in the bag. I can carry my work computer, Ipad, over ear headphones in case, 46oz rambler bottle, laptop charger and other misc items and i don't have to "cram". I left off 1 star because additional interior pockets would really make this bag perfect.

Built Like A Tank

Set the stage - 13 year old daughter with about 20 lbs of books and school supplies every day. Usually, her bookbags are already showing signs of collapse six months later. However, the Yeti 22L is just incredible and has held up like no other. Starting year 2 tomorrow and we have no doubt it will go for many more years. If you're tired of buying backpacks every year, you know what to do...

Book Bag Not Backpack.

This should be called a book bag. You can’t fit any useable amount of clothes or shoes. The top only opening is small. Tons of useless pockets.

Works Well As A “Personal Item”

I was looking for a day-to-day bag that would also count as a personal item during air travel so I could take my regular carry-on suitcase as well. It fills this purpose as it will fit under the seat in front, barely so when packed to the gills but it will still fit. It has two computer sleeves so I can fit my HP ProBook and my iPad Pro with magic keyboard safely without them rubbing together. I use the side bottle pocket to hold my Nintendo Switch in a slim case and it works well bit is is easier to get in and out through the main compartment to opening. The pouch on the top works well to hold essentials; I usually put my wallet, passport, chapstick, AirPods and a phone charger while traveling. In the main compartment I have a case with all of my various charging cables and computer peripheral, extra undergarments and a one quart bag with all of my liquids. This still leaves enough room for a water bottle and snacks but not much else. The other side hustle compartment is useful for accessing items in the main compartment. I really like how the bag has a sleeve to place it over the carryon handle while wheeling it around the airport. My biggest complaint is that the shoulder straps are not very padded and will cut in after a while.
