Too Heavy, Chips Easily, Lid Too Tight.

Within a week of using, white has already chipped off of the handle and I see the silver metal underneath. Also, the lid is suctioned on so tightly I can't get off without the help of my husband. In addition, the mug is super heavy. I very much regret this purchase. Very disappointed.

Solve the problem of crappy cups at Panera. On top of that, the day after I got a soda with a little bit of ice and drank it, I went to use the cup again and there was still ice in the bottom. 24 hours later. And I didn’t put very much ice in when I filled the cup.

Great But Paint Chips On Handle

Have had less than a year. Paint on the handle has started chipping off despite only hand washing the cup. Otherwise, great cup. Also, cherry blossom color is not quite the shade on screen. Has a slightly purple tint.
