Got this and French press for Christmas give and absolute love it

Great Product

So happy with the purchase, it fits in my bag and cupholder. Great for coffee and tea. Just make sure both lids are closed properly. Not the product's fault; a spill would result from assumptions about whether the inner ring is tight and closed.

Lid Problems

Lid was a little confusing to open and to remove the lid parts to clean

I left a bad review. I had a cup leaking and I had tried and tried to stop it by tightening it more. I was tightening it to tight. By loosening the lid, the leaking stopped. I had compromised the lid.

Not A Good Idea

The lid leaks. I have tried everything. It leaks on one side no matter how tight I put it on between the rim of the cup and the commuter lid. I like the concept but I can;t have it leaking all over me. I think it’s the commuter lid that is flawed.
