Great For Keeping Cool In The Sun

I just finished golfing 18 holes while wearing this shirt. It was really comfortable, lightweight and easy to move/swing in. I like the mesh vents up the underside of the sleeves, helps to keep you cool in the hot weather.

Comfortable But Thin Golf Shirts With Limited Sun Protection

I picked up two Walter Hagen golf shirts during a buy one get one free deal, and overall I have mixed feelings. The fit is comfortable and they’re definitely lightweight, making them a good option for warm days. I wore the blue and white striped one on a long hike in Arizona, and it felt breathable and easy to move in. That said, there are a few downsides. The material is a bit thin, and the bright sports bra I wore underneath bled through the fabric, though the color did wash out easily, which was a nice surprise. I also noticed what appeared to be a stain on the shirt when I first brought it home from the store. I don’t wear makeup, so it was disappointing to find that it did not come out in the wash. I also expected a bit more sun protection. I’m usually very careful about SPF and don’t burn easily, but I did notice some sun exposure on my arms while wearing this shirt, so it may not offer as much protection as you’d think for long days outdoors. I haven’t worn the mostly white one yet, but based on this experience, I’d say these are comfortable and breathable shirts with a nice fit, just be aware of the lighter fabric, potential staining issues, and limited sun protection.

Great Sun Protection Shirt For Tennis And Running

As summer is coming and my tennis matches are mostly during the day, and the sun really damaging my skins. I bought this shirt for this purpose and wore it twice so far for tennis and twice for running and it worked great! It blocked the hot sun for my shoulder and arm, also the breathing materials under the arms are great for air flow that I don’t feel hot. I’m reordering one or two for the summer sports use. Wish the pattern design could be better.

Fits Well And Is Cool

This top is slightly tapered at the waist, as opposed to a boxier look. I find this more flattering for my figure. Also, I didn't realize that the underneath of the sleeves is a mesh design, which is great for hotter days. The periwinkle blue flowers are a perfect match for a pair of Walter Hagen capris I already have. Very happy with this purchase.
