Disappointed In The Service

I ordered this club from Golf Galaxy in Des Moines Ia. I received a package from a store in New York. It contained a little kids baseball bat instead. I have tried to call customer service and emailed them twice. All I wanted was a return shipping label and the right club that I ordered. I live 100 miles from the closes Golf Galaxy and don't think I should have to return it to a Store in Des Moines that didn't even have the right club. I have a gold standing with Golf Galaxy and have never had any issues before this. Verry disappointed
