Nice Putter Need To Be Weighted For The Individual

I purchased the putter after testing many putters. I’m not a mallet user and this is my first. I thought weights for the handle would have been included but they have to be secured from a fitter or directly from Taylormade. Over nice putter

Taylormade Refuses To Address Manufacturing Issues

I have purchased many TaylorMade putters, as I find the pure roll insert is one of the finest innovations in golf. However, they are known for crooked grip installs, paint defects, and in my case a damaged putter right out of the box. I sent pictures. Submitted the proper warranty form to TaylorMade hoping they would make it right. The response was abhorrent. They told me to take a hike. "Cosmetic issues don't effect performance". "This appears to be from normal use/wear". Umm. No. The putter was owned for hours not days and the images back up it being some type of defect. Unless you are a tour player you don't matter to them. The treatment from the company was shocking. And they lost me as a customer as a result. Odyssey and Ping are much better companies to deal with far less defects.
