About This Item
LOW TORQUE DESIGN
The KBS putter shaft is bored directly toe-ward near the CG at a 1° shaft lean with 25mm onset behind the face allowing golfers to realize the benefits of a new stable, toe up design.
Unique Sole Shaping
New and improved sole shaping to work specifically with this unique hosel configuration, engineers worked tirelessly to find new ways to improve accuracy from the moment the putter is placed behind the ball. The new sole curvature accommodates different player types and ball positions, giving golfers the ability to find a consistent and repeatable stroke.
Spider Stability
Combining high density stainless steel and low-density aerospace quality aluminum provides the perfect foundation for a design that is high MOI and allows for a shaft orientation that sits closer to the face.
MILLED TRUE PATH™ ALIGNMENT
Based on tour player feedback, TaylorMade engineers were tasked to find a new premium alignment system. Building on the classic TaylorMade True Path™ technology, milled lines the width of the golf ball were added helping golfers properly index to center face.
PURE ROLL™ INSERT
Made from a combination of Surlyn and aluminum, the black Pure Roll™ insert creates a softer feel. Grooves are angled at 45° to encourage optimal forward roll as well as better sound, feel and overall roll characteristics.

It Was Good. Almost Like A Lab.
Bought it a few weeks ago. And it's one of the best putters I've had.

36" 5k Zt Counterbalance
I'm just getting back into golfing after an extended time away. All of my equipment is ancient compared to the latest gear. I decided to do a full reset, right down to the bag, shoes, balls and tees. Mission 1: putter. I went into the local pro shop and asked the sales guy to hand me putters until one felt right. I hit balls around the green while he set any maybes to the side. Without realizing it, the ZT and ZT Counterbalance were 2 of my 3 maybes after hitting at least a dozen options. LAB had the other spot. These things are insanely good. The tactile feeling, coupled with the stability had me sold. I had done no prior research, hadn't seen any marketing. My selection was soley based on the feeling and results I experienced in that store. I was at the register before I learned the price and had only one question: "Is this the most expensive putter you showed me?" He said no. I'll choose to believe that. Price, brand, looks, are not a factor in my reset. I'm looking for fit, feel, and performance. This putter checked the boxes for me and was money well spent.
