About This Item

Gain the competitive advantage with the TaylorMade M3 440 Driver. Representing a radical departure from traditional design, the M3 features Twist Face Technology, which provides corrective face angle on off-center hits in real-time for remarkable accuracy. A Hammerhead Sole Slot creates a larger sweet spot for added forgiveness while reducing unwanted spin. The Y-Track system allows for unrestricted movement of 22g of mass for dispersion adjustment.

Twist Face Technology:
  • Revolutionary new face curvature with a corrective face angle on off-center hits, engineered to reduce side spin and deliver straighter shots
  • Twist Face provides more loft in the high-toe and less loft in the low-heel to produce more consistent spin where golfers commonly mis-hit

Hammerhead Slot:
  • New sole slot implemented into TaylorMade’s most adjustable driver for the first time
  • The reinforced outer portions of the slot allow for a lighter, more flexible face, resulting in a larger sweet spot
  • The center portion of the slot increases ball speed low on the face and drops unwanted spin for more distance

Y-Track:
  • Simple and intuitive system to move weight and personalize ball flight for draw/fade/high/low
  • Tracks are connected for the first time, allowing for an unrestricted movement of 22g of mass (two 11g weights)
  • The back Y-portion provides forgiving draw and fade options. Splitting the weights provides the ultimate in forgiveness

Additional Features:
  • Designed to equip golfers with a balance of distance, accuracy and customization
  • M3 440 Driver features a more compact club head and deeper face for more confidence at address
  • 5-layer aerodynamic carbon crown with 9-1-1 skeletal titanium body saves weight to enable even lower CG placement
  • Inverted Cone Technology located in the face raises COR to the legal limit for speed and forgiveness
  • 4°, 12-position Aluminum Loft Sleeve allows golfers to customize face angle, loft and lie preference
  • Tour-tested internal acoustic management techniques control vibration and pitch at the time of impact
  • Sleek, contrasting crown and leading edge enable accurate alignment at the address position
  • Lamkin UTx Cord Grey/Black Grip

Boom!

Just bought the M3 Driver. This Driver is in a league of it’s own! I have never owned a Taylomade Driver, but so many of my golf buddies play the M1 Driver and I have hit the M1 plenty of times. So, I finally decided to have a showdown between the top 2 Drivers that I liked the best. Hands down, the M3 went in the bag! This is the best all around Driver I’ve ever hit! I hit the M3 further and more accurate than any other Driver.

Put Me Back In The Fairway.

I have struggled with finding the right driver. Been to simulator after simulator. Swing speed is 122mph and after having 917 Rogue XR16 Big Bertha and a couple others I was about to give up. Then I decided to go for the M3. Every drive I have ever hit ends up almost 2 fairways right. I tried the M3 at the driving range and once I got the adjustment where I wanted it I am carrying further getting almost 20-25 yards of roll and averaging 325 yards off the tee. This driver is amazing and I will keep it the rest of my life.

It All Starts With Confidence/comfort!

I am a 4 year cancer survivor. I went from 225 pounds to 170 in 5 months. So a lot of muscle mass was lost. I needed something that I thought would help me get a little more distance since I just couldn't muscle it out there anymore! I was skeptical about going to a new driver since I had just gotten use to seeing the size of my R15 head when looking down on it. I went to it from an R7 that I absolutely loved and was much smaller. The new big heads just never fit my eye, and to me it has to look good for me to feel comfortable. So when I heard that I could get the M3 in a 440 size head I had to check it out. My misses are usually low heel since I was a baseball and softball player for years and if don't watch it I can slip and over the top swing in there on occasion. I was very pleased to see that my misses are not as wide as they are with the R15. I can pretty much stay fairway to light rough. Not to say I never hit it wide, just not as much as before. And YES I got more distance!

Great Customization And Workability

Love this club. I've had this club for over a month and I've notice a lot of gains from my 2016 M1. Definitely more customization and I can work the ball better left to right or right to left. Excellent forgiveness for off center hits. Love the grey/silver

Impressive!!!

I chose the 440 head because I like the smaller profile. After playing with the weights I decided to leave them in the factory position (neutral, I guess). The twist face technology is legit .. unless you leave the face open striking the ball on impact.... it will go right on you. My misses are toward the toe so I was very interested in seeing the performance on those strikes in particular... I was impressed!!! If you did not see the face strike and just looked at the ball flight and distance, you would not know if it was a center strike or heel/toe. You will hear and feel the difference though (lol). The sound the club makes on a center hit is duller than a toe strike.. and the ball flight is truer. I still feel the best driver offering from TM I have gamed was the R9 SuperDeep followed by the M3 and the R1s. Solid offering by TaylorMade. *Note- I did not try the M4... fell in love with the M3 after about 10 strikes*
