Replacement Shaft Tip

I bought this shaft adaptor a couple of weeks ago. It's helpful that Taylor Made produces these so a person doesn't have to replace the entire shaft. I do have one complaint though. I am left-handed. The person checking me in noticed that but failed to make note of it for the installer. Therefore, he installed the right handed shaft adapter. One might say: it will still function properly, just reverse the way you turn it for the appropriate setting. Although that is true, the check-in and installation process demonstrates a lack of attention to detail of which lefties often felt the brunt of. I'm satisfied with the adaptor since I can play golf again; however, more attention to detail would increase the customer's loyalty.

I ordered this expecting a .335 tip to get delivered, it was .370
