I rate this ball a 4/5 stars. I love the feel off the face with woods and off the tee. Around the greens I noticed less spin than I was expecting. I felt with previous tp5x models that it was softer with chip shots. However I will continue to play this ball as I feel it matches my game perfectly.

For Me, To Much Spin

For me, both balls spun to much off of the driver costing me yardage. I found both balls to work well around the green and strangely they performed basically the same for me. I preferred the X model as it did feel a little firmer of the two. I did like the feel of both on full iron shots.

One of the best tour balls out there. Played a round with these, and found them to have higher launch and spin around the greens than the TP5. Perfect for my game and probably many others.

Great Upgrade To A Great Ball

I loved the spin off the ball during pitch shots and shirt chips, Lukee seeing the woods not over spin and was able to turn the ball over with driver which in a huge perk for me. only thing I didn't like.. Feel was off with the putter for a Xmodel ball it was a bit to firm for me and the cover was scratching during my bunker testing I hit a total of 40 shots out of the bunker back to back spun great ... cover was done for hit about 25 driver . I noticed lower spin which helped me hit it straighter... Huge plus

The TP5X is a great ball. I saw a little less backspin but also a little higher Apex, which gave you more carry yards but you still had good stopping power. Also saw a little more Ball speed versus the old Ball and a little more consistent flight. Overall, a great ball definitely worth the try.

Great Premium Ball Option For Anyone That Expects The Best Performance

The ball reacted exactly how I expected it to for a premium ball. Both spin and distance control were spot on from previous versions with a possible slight improvement in distance. The ball also performs extremely well in windy conditions. Only reason I rated it a 9 and not a 10 is durability. The balls outer layer is soft and susceptible to cutting and scuffs a bit more than expected but other than that, these balls are top notch. **Not paid for my honest review of this product**
