Beautiful Bag…however!
I bought this bag in cream to proudly display my red Indiana head covers. Received it on Thanksgiving and after 3 months the leather is already peeling off the seams of the bag. The Taylor Made rep was at our club, but didn’t seem interested in helping. What can I do?

Disappointed With The Shipping
Firstly, the bag as presented looked nice. Issues that we had with the delivery: Color much lighter than expected, we ordered a Taylor Made golf bag and it arrived in a titleist box, the bag in the box was not protected by plastic - just the bag in the box. 100% not acceptable. For the return, we packed it properly in plastic to prevent damage. Looked like they grabbed a floor unit and shipped it.

I got this designer bag approximately a month and a half ago! It has far exceed my expectations and had filled my with joy!!! Do not buy this golf bag. Color fades, zippers are cheap quality and also discolor . There are way better options available from other manufacturers in this price range that are far superior.

I tried to return it, but using a trade in to purchase, I was told sorry you are stuck with it. The material is great, all the pockets are great. What isn't? The top part is attached crooked to the bottom part. an internal pocket zipper was broke, and the way the top goes on is just ridiculous. It is like for a travel bag, rather than just a top, could have been designed much better. All in all I wouldn't recommend this bag as the premium price is too much for a bag that was put together crooked. Like I was sent someone else's return.
