Iceflow Flip Straw Tumbler

I'm pleased with the tumbler for several reasons. It's made well. The material is strong. light, and effective. The drinks stay cold all day, and there is no taste from the tumbler itself. The handle is convenient and allows me to carry the tumbler without losing the use of my hands to carry other things. I'm very happy I have it.

The Lid Needs Redesign

The metal part of the bottle is great. I love that it's dishwasher safe & it keeps liquids very cool. However, the lid needs help. It's very difficult to flip the straw up, even after a break in period. The lid also has to be PERFECTLY screwed on, otherwise it will leak. I've never had to pay such close attention to how I tighten a lid on a water bottle before. I really want to love it, but it needs improvement.

No Lid Replacement For This But For Others??

I bought this a while ago, and the lid is leaking, but there's no way to replace the lid only. I have to get a whole new bottle, and to me, that's a waste of money. You can get new lids for other types of bottles, but not these?? I don't understand how you think that's acceptable.

Bought new stanley for child. Couldn't even get the top to line up on it self. So it just spills out and became useless. Attempting to use the warranty. However the automation and no live agent makes communication horrible. Personal ive found stanley to be over hyped and not ever better than a Walmart product.
