It is easy to use and aligns itself as you want it to on the ball.

Great Tool For Marking And Putting Alignment Marks On Your Ball.

This is the second one I've purchased. It's great as long as you don't drop it on a solid surface. The long alignment line has a tendency to break at the very end. I tried repairing the first on with crazy glue but it didn't last. So far I usually get a season out of it before I have to replace it. No fault of the device.
