Eh, They’re Okay. Just Use Paper Plates.

Only good for use on carpet. Just go buy some paper plates instead.

Carpet Sliders

I started exercising indoors often after the lockdown and was thrilled to find a pair of these sliders available at Dick's. When I got them home and opened the package, they were very obviously used, so I packed them up and brought them back to Dick's in Ocala about a week later, where they cheerfully exchanged them for a new-condition, pristine pair in an unopened package. Since then I have used them a lot, mainly for sliding pushups along with my Perfect Pushup rotating grip handles. My pushups are now painful enough to make me feel that they are working my chest at least as well as I was at the gym.

Great For Home Gym

Bought this a month ago to complement my home gym. I use it primarily for stretching which it is great for. I also found that it works great for mountain climbers as well. Works great on carpet.

Durable And Comfortable

I purchased as a stretch aid as well as a training device. They have enough padding that my knees don’t hurt. They slide well on carpet and wood floors. Haven’t tried them on concrete. Seem to be a good value.

I didn’t really care for the bottom of product. It’s supposed to be able to glide on any surface but it’s as if it scratches it instead.
