The Black Opal Is Not As Bad As People Make It Out To Be.
I bought the black opal about two weeks ago and so far so great. Its pop and spin are elite and control is manageable with weight. You’ll hear a lot of talk about it having a small sweet spot which is true new and stock, but if you weigh it up and break it in its no where as bad as people make it out to be. This paddle is for someone who is fine with adding weight and who is developing or already has the skill to hone in the power and use the paddle to its fullest. If you prioritize soft game and a large sweet spot this won’t be for you.

Best Paddle I’ve Ever Had
I got this paddle a couple months ago and fell in love with it. The paddle has so much pop and a large sweet spot.
