I bought this about 3 years ago and if you follow the protocols laid out for you and do it 4-5 days a week you will gain distance. I was 94mph when I started using it and last spring was 107. Changed my game for sure, but you will lose speed if you don't continue to use it. I lost about 50% of my gains the first summer because I quit doing it. But speed comes right back when you pick it up again.
