Great For Helping To Alleviate The Pain
I purchased a plain foam roller a few months ago. While it works, it didn't get in deep enough to alleviate the pain. During Dick's 20% off, I purchased this one which with the ridges actually gets in deeper to help with the pain. My kids also use it after their sports activities. With this one, you can position the ridges at the exact point of pain to help alleviate the pressure and loosen the muscles. Definitely recommend.
