Creatine For Muscle Growth
Bought this brand of creatine to use in conjunction with my weight training. I can't recommend it. During the loading phase I began to have a metallic taste in my mouth. That indicates impurities in the creatine. Returned to the store and exchanged for a different brand. I had no issues with the new brand.

Bought this about a month ago to help me with muscle build. Its easy to use however I never know when results will show and if it makes me bloated.

Pretty Good, No Weird Taste
I’ve noticed some muscle toning/firming. I prefer it with my hot tea. Could be mixed cold. Not a big fan with just water. Doesn’t give boost of energy but helps with recovery.
