  • CG Shifter Influences shot shape by placing a tungsten weight (22g in SFT) in one of two positions (Draw, Draw+)
  • The high-density tungsten moveable backweight shifts the CG location to deliver 13 yards of right-to-left shot bend in the Draw position and another seven yards in the Draw+ position (20 yards total).
  • Shallower, thinner VFT forged-face design is engineered with Spinsistency, a variable roll radius technology that creates less loft low on the T9S+ face to reduce spin, resulting in faster speeds that generate consistently longer drives
  • New internal rib structure and increased curvature of the crown, skirt and sole fine tunes clubhead frequencies to produce a desirable sound and impact experience
  • 8-Lobe Adjustable Hosel enables adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (3° flatter than std.) to further dial in ball flight for the best results

Goodbye Right!

This driver is fantastic. I have fought a fade/slice for over 55 years. Now at 72, with this driver, I don't even have to think about going right. It's straight to a baby draw every time. No more trying to manipulate the club head, just get up there and swing it. The extra yardage doesn't hurt either. Thanks Ping.

Goodbye Slice

Exactly as advertised. Like most high handicappers I have a right miss and far to often the slice OB. Taking penalties strokes out of the tee box is a killer as I've made improvements in the rest of my game. Not to mention the embarrassment. This club has absolutely taken the curvature out of my drive. I still tend to miss right more often than not but it stays in play. A lot of that is set up/alignment for me as I used to have to play for my slice. When I do find the center of the face, it flies as far as any non draw bias club I've owned. On top of the performance this club sounds amazing. A muted "thwack" is how I would describe it. Feel is great too. You can tell where on the club your hitting it but it feels buttery soft no matter what. It's also nice to know as I improve with driver (hopefully), I can slide the weight from Draw plus to Draw. Looking forward to a full season with this bad boy.

Love Everything About This Club

I’m 74 years old and still playing from white tee and my friends are older and play from forward tee but that doesn’t bother me anymore, I’m going right by them. Back in money on pools now. Thanks Ping for creating this club , just love it

Is It An Improvement???

Now that I've had the 430 SFT for a few months I feel able to comment. In my opinion it's about 5-15m shorter than my G driver. That said, it's 10.5 deg compared with 9deg and a whole lot straighter than the G. On balance I'm not so happy with the distance but MUCH happier playing from the fairway.
