Blown Away!

I was previously gaming an Apex 3 hybrid that was getting decent distance, but no height. I tried the 3 today in the Ping G430 and knew that I was going to buy it after the 1st swing (230 yards total). I hit a couple that had 140 mph ball speed according to my launch monitor. That’s driver or at least 3W territory for me! Very impressive forgiveness as well! Well done Ping!

I have 3,4,5,6 in hybrids with Ping Tour Gold S 2.0 shafts - I am 53 and play off +1 , these are game changes . Simply brilliant, workable and stop on greens . Not using hybrids would simply cost shots !!!!

G430 Hybrid 4 Hl 35 Don't Use It Very Often.

Since I'm using the 10k driver most of the shots are on fairway. So 5 wood will get more work. But few time that 5 wood will goes too far , so my hybrid 4 can do the work and it's launch a bit higher and stop quicker. I noticed that it had the same 22° as my 5 iron but give a bit more confidence when address. For me it just good to have it in my bag.
