Ping 2024 Anser D Putter

I was looking for a new blade putter and thought I’d go with the Ping Anser 2, but I found the Ping 2024 Anser D putter and it is better then I could ever imagine. The putter head is a little thicker so it is in between a blade and mallet. The putter feels great. My putting has definitely improved!

Well Designed

Have really liked this putter since buying it. The additional weight has taken some getting used to but I feel like I’m putting a smoother stroke on the putts. Slight toe hang is perfect for my slight arc stroke

Love This Putter!!

Bought this after going through a putter sizing and swing analysis with a trained golf pro at a spot that had over 200 putters from different manufacturers…everything from Mizuno to Scottie Camerons with prices from $95 to $875. He spent almost 2 hours with me. After doing a swing analysis, and checking the toe hang of my current putter, he recommended 5 different putters from Odyssey ($319 and $299), Detroit Putter Co. ($350), Cleveland ($259), and this one from Ping ($199). This one felt very similar to the DPO putter and I actually liked the Ping better (not just because it was $150 cheaper)! While I got quite an education on putters, I chose the Ping Anser D for its feel, balance, and weight. I have a tremor in my left hand so I had a Super Stroke oversized pistol grip installed which helps steady the putter and my swing. Love it!

High Quality Putter For A Great Price!

I'd been looking at other high end blade putters. However, found this guy on sale and looks and feels similar to much higher priced options.

High Quality, Fairly Heavy, Broader Than Regular Putter, Aiming Line Longer

I like the broader body of this putter and it has a longer aiming line. oversize grip is comfortable, both my wife and I think it allows slightly better putts.

Great Putter

This putter is slightly heavier than most but it had helped my putting. First round using it helped to make some long lag putts. This putter has helped shave at least 3 strokes off my game. It has a great feel and solid contact.
