Great Christmas Gift!

I purchased this golf bag as a gift for my husband for Christmas. HIs clubs are Ping so I hoped he would like the bag. Wasn't sure about the color, but he liked it.

Love The Actual Bag But Becomes A Headache

A lot of money for a bag that you can barely get your clubs in and out of. Makes the game even more frustrating than it already is. Pockets and features are cool but The downside of the club slots outweighs all the good. I even tried the carry 3 less clubs and they still get stuck. Huge disappointment

Disappointed

I bought this ping bag less then a year ago from dicks. I’m very disappointed in this bag. I’ve had multiple ping bags throughout the years and never had any issues. This bag is not the case. First the clubs get stuck in the bag. Sometimes it’s almost impossible to get them out. Due to this flaw the top cushioning on the 5 way started ripping off and I have to keep pushing it back on. Neck I’ve found that a bunch of my shirts started pilling on the back I guess due to the strap and fabric of the bag. I really like all the pockets and style of the bag but unfortunately it will be in the garage soon.

Do Not Buy This Bag - Clubs Dont Fit

Unbelievable that 14 clubs fit so snug in this bag. Everything gets tangled both going in and out. All of the other reviews said the same thing and yet I still bit the bullet. I regret it and do not recommend this bag

Great Golf Bag

I bought this a few weeks ago as an upgrade from my current bag. There are plenty of comparemts (more than enough for the things I need) and I like that there is some separation between the compartment on one side from the bag for the cart strap!

Sigh…how Heavy Can Dividers Really Be?

Everything as usual with Ping is great. However, the club tangling is ridiculous. Look, I get that you want the bag to be lightweight for carrying. But how much does a few strips of thick nylon weigh? It absolutely staggers the imagination when you look inside this bag and see all the grips jumbled together like candy canes in a Christmas jar. Why is it so unimaginable to simply make full length dividers with thick nylon like used in tents? None of us want to be ‘that guy’ with the tour bag. You guys finally make the nice Ping Tour Stand bag…then proceed to make it hard to obtain, one color choice and quite expensive. Here’s your best seller guys: A midsize bag with a 10” top diameter, full length dividers and multiple color combos. The bag can be made of the same material as the Hoofer. It doesn’t have to be faux leather. Boom! Top seller.

Decent Bag, Not Great. Im Selling It.

Had very high hopes for this bag. Looks great, has good storage, nice features, good water bottle holder. BUT.... it absolutely sucks to put clubs in and pull clubs out. they tangle so easily. I have only had it 2 months and im selling it. Its so bad i cant stand to use it anymore.

Goes Well With My Ping Irons, Clubs Do Get Stuck As A Stand Bag But On A Cart No Problem

Great Bag!

Came from an old ogio bag that was 10yrs old and I needed something new. After lots of research, bought my first Hoofer. Weight, functions, pockets etc all live up to being I think the best bag you can buy that will serve both cart and carry!

Great Over All Bag.

I looked at every bag in the store and opened every pocket. When I found this one I knew it was the one. It was light weight, and had every pocket I needed for the golf course. It has a passage for the golf cart and has legs that come out for sitting down to pick your club before the shot.

Nothing Is Perfect, But This Is Close

This is my third ping hoofer after owning one for 15 years, using a competitor's bag for 3 years, then I was back with the hoofer (I bought a used one as a backup bag a couple years ago as well). What I like the most: *Strap design for dual shoulder carry *Pockets! Pockets! and more Pockets! *Velcro on the outside of the bag (I stick my glove to the outside of my bag all the time now, between holes, after rounds, etc.) *Aestheics...by far the best looking bag (IMHO) My only complaint is clubs can cross inside the base of the bag which can make it hard to get your clubs all the way down, especially with tacky grips (I use soft Winn grips so that doesn't help). Overall I hope the bag lasts as long as my previous one and I'm happy for the next decade with this.

Great Bag

Great quality as one would expect from Ping. Considered the Hoofer Lite but wanted a little more storage as I mainly ride. Still light enough to carry easily. Really like the versatility as it has enough space for a cart bag but light enough to be a full time carry.
